• Please be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be issued due to the fact that hair extensions and cosmetics item cannot be resold to our customers after being used/handled by the buyer. Exhanges aree not allowed so please be sure to review your order & shipping address carefully. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! If you received the wrong item contact us so we can be sure you have the correct hair or cosmetic item

• CANCELLATIONS are only accepted within the first 24 hours of the original purchase date.
Stolen/Lost PACKAGES
• All of our packages will come with a tracking number so that you know where and when to expect your order. Your package will always be updated by USPS so don't worry!

• We are NOT Responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may/may not be required to sign for your package depending on your order.

• If your package appears to be lost we will issue a refund on the card that was used for purchase.

• If for any reason you would like to reschedule your arrival time/date ,you can go to WWW.USPS.COM to have your package held for you at your local post.
